- Valuation of the Elderly
The Elderly Valuation Program values personal and professional skills accumulated throughout the life in a rewarding and active manner, by giving job opportunities to the elderly, who otherwise would not be absorbed by the job market.
- Under Age Trainee
Resibras provides job opportunities to encourage the trainee to obtain a continued professional qualification, build their professional career and ensure their future performance, thus expanding their possibilities to join and remain in the job market.
- Valuation of Disabled People
Through its Disabled Valuation Program, Resibras gives job opportunities to individuals that would not normally be absorbed by the job market.
- Leisure on Sundays
Resibras jointly with its respective trade union entered into an agreement with leisure clubs to benefit its employees and family members.
- Internal Recruitment and Selection
Internal Recruitment and Selection program aims to give development opportunities to professionals that already work for Resibras, through internal evaluation / selection.
- Worker Food Program – PAT
Worker Food Program – PAT aims to improve the workers’ nutrition conditions, with positive effects on life quality, work accident reduction, and productivity increase.
