Companhia Brasileira de Resinas - Resibras, founded in 1972 is mainly engaged in the industrialization and commercialization of Raw and Roasted Cashew Kernels and CNSL – Cashew Nut Shell Liquid.
Its two plants are located in the State of Ceará, which occupy a total surface area of 90,000 m² and generate more than 1,500 direct jobs, with a processing capacity for 60,000 tons of raw cashew nuts per year.
Resibras is one of the largest and most modern cashew kernel processing and export campanies in the world, and some 85% of its total production is exported to more than 40 countries. At national level, Resibras is a major supplier of cashew kernels to wholesalers, distributors and industries of several segments.
With an experience of more than thirty-five years in the market, Resibras maintains a continued policy of technological innovation and capacity building of workers through an innovative management focused on the quality of its products and services. Since 2002, it is certified in the HACCP system and it was the first company in the cashew nut processing industry that was awarded that certification. Since 2003, it holds Kosher certification, which allows our product to be consumed by Jewish community.
