Resibras is highly concerned with the environment preservation and compliance with regulatory authorities’ recommendations. Through actions to eliminate or minimize environmental impacts, invests continually in the treatment of residues originated from its production process.
Liquid residues are conveyed to an Effluent Treatment Station responsible for the treatment of water used in the company’s industrial process. Solid residues, on the other hand, are disposed of on a landfill appropriate to store those wastes and prevent them from degrading the environment. Everything done in Resibras is basically focused on reducing the consumption of resources generated by nature, such as water and electric power.
